This piece was designed to be the "home" for a Snowman Candy Container made by Melissa D. Terreck. The collector wanted a special box in which to store this piece. This box was built specifically to hold the candy container and features all the elements to build a Snowman on the lid. It has genuine coal for the eyes and a small chip-carved carrot along with the three snowballs and twig arms. Open the lid and the interior is painted to match the black and white striped scarf and is dusted with both German glass glitter and vintage mica "snow". $ 375.00 (Sold) Approximately 25 hand-cut and carved pieces of wood were used in creating this one-of-a-kind work of art. |
