This piece is made from a vintage "Salesman's Sample" grain painted 4-drawer chest. The Raven is a separate piece which can be placed on top of the chest or anywhere you'd like. Inside the drawers you will find a variety of Raven/Crow trade cards from the 1800's. The words to "The Raven" by Edgar Allen Poe are printed on three sheets of paper, rolled up into a scroll and tied with leather cording. $ 675.00 (Sold) Approximately 150 hand-cut and carved pieces of wood were used in creating this one-of-a-kind work of art.
