Wishing Star

Made from a cigar box, this piece has a star and diamond motif. The word "WISH" appears on the sides of the box. The lid lifts open to reveal an interior that is painted and filled with vintage glass glitter. A handmade "star box" is attached to the bottom is lined with glitter and holds a message reading "Star light Star Bright, the first star I see tonight, I wish I may, I wish I might, have the wish I wish tonight". $ 275.00 (Sold) Approximately 36 hand-cut and carved pieces of wood were used in creating this one-of-a-kind work of art.
