This ornament pays homage to the tradition of hanging the Christmas Stocking to be filled by Santa with small goodies. This stocking is stained and then washes of metallic gold are applied. The backing is chip-board that has been brushed with some metallic gold and trimmed with pinking shears. The stocking has a vintage Dresden Star and is hung using some antique German Christmas Tree garland. $ 45.00 Approximately 6 hand-cut and carved pieces of wood were used in creating this work of art. |
